Amul Star Voice of India update (3rd Aug 2007)

Woohoo, aaj ka episode shuru ho gayaa hai. Shaan says fews words about votes they have received, he says they have received laakho votes.

Aaj Sangeen Shukrawar hai yaanee ki Elimination ka din. Aaj Kishore da special episode hai, 4th Aug ko unka janmdin hota hai. Today's guests are his sons Amit Kumar and Sumit Kumar (Sumit looks completely different from Amit, I was a bit surprised at first).

It has been decided that boys will sing Kishore da's songs and girls Asha ji's. Shaan introduces two new words today, Suraksha Chakra and Chakrawaat denoting Safe and Unsafe respectively. Dono teams se ek ek karke contestants aakar perform karenge.

First contestant is from Agni and he is Toshi.

Amit - Badhai deta hoon

Toshi is in Suraksha Chakra, matlab ki safe hai.

Next contestant is Priyani (Prithvi).

Priyani - Karle Pyaar Karle Ki Din Hai Yahi (?)

Amit - Sixers, sixers...fantastic!

Priyani - Sir, mera code bhi six hai

Lalit - Surpassed expectations

Abhijit - God bless you

Priyani mentions that Kishore da did his graduation from Indore. Amit phir bataate hain ki unko padhai achhi nahin lagti thi, unhone economic ki koi theory ek song ki tarah yaad kar rakhi thi.

Priyani bhi Suraksha Chakra mein hai. I must say she is looking pretty as usual , lekin yeh western attire bahut ho gayaa, ab apne desi cloths ki zaroorat hai.

Abhijit is not happy from his performance.

Jatin - Har kaam mushkil hai

Now its turn of Ashpreet (Agni).

Ashpreet - Jawaani Jaanemann (Namak Halaal)

Amit - Fabulous, ekdam bull's eye

Jatin - Fantastic, jaise Shampene ki bottle khulne par awaaz hoti hai waisi iski awaaz hai

Ashpreet is in Chakrawaat today, that is a shocking result!

Ab baari hai Irfan (Prithvi) ki.

Irfan - Main Hoon Jhumroo (Jhumroo)

Amit - Amazing, very nice!

Amit asks if he can come on stage as he wanted to share something about this movie. Woh stage par aakar Dada Muni ki thodi si mimicry karte hain jisme he says something to ishore. Then he sings few lines of Koi Humdum Na Rahaa.

Ifran is safe too!

Next is Harshit (Agni).

Harshit - Inteha Ho Gayi (Sharabi)

in middle of the song Mirande appears on stage to sing "O Sajna, Lo Main Aa Gayi..." waali line.

Amit - Thoda modulation ki zaroorat hai, you could have sung this song much better

Jatin - Aur nikharne ki koshish karo

Abhijit - Youth ki kami hai singing mein

Harshit is safe this week.

Abhijit - Aaj ki performance ke baare mein main kuchh nahin kahunga.

Abhas (Agni) is the last contestant. Ishmeet is not well so he is not going to perform today, probably he'll perform on Sat. That means either he or Ishmeet is in last 4.

Abhas - Le Gayi Mera Dil Teri Nazariya

Shaan hugs him, they all are on stage and hugging him.

Amit - You were 98% to the original song. Even I can not sing this song.

Another shocking decision, Abhas in also in last 4.

Amit - I am not at all happy at this result. May father is with you.

Finally it is mutually decided by judges that this being a celebration episode, there will be no eliminations this week.
